Thread 3/8-18 NPTF, hex 19 mm, probe length 43 mm. The sensing element is a negative-temperature-coefficient (NTC) thermistor calibrated 2.2 kΩ ±3 % at 25 °C, falling to 180 Ω ±5 % at 100 °C, producing a seamless 0–5 V ratiometric signal to the engine control module.

Material & performance features:

The probe shell is forged from lead-free brass and nickel-plated to resist cavitation and glycol-based coolants. The sensing tip is over-moulded in high-temperature PPS, then potted in epoxy for complete vibration and moisture immunity.
