Sensing range –40 °C to +140 °C via a precision NTC thermistor calibrated 2 500 Ω @ 20 °C, 300 Ω @ 80 °C, 120 Ω @ 110 °C, tolerance ±2 %. Electrical connection is a two-pin sealed Deutsch DT04-2P, IP67 rated, vibration-resistant to 50 g, overall sensor length 52 mm, weight 46 g.

Probe body is machined from 1.4571 (AISI 316Ti) stainless steel for complete immunity to glycol, long-life OAT coolants and galvanic corrosion; a copper crush-washer and fluorosilicone O-ring guarantee leak-free sealing up to 3 bar system pressure.
