Thread geometry M16 × 1.5 with 24 mm hex and 20 mm probe reach allows direct insertion into the thermostat housing or cylinder-head coolant gallery. Sensing range –40 °C to +140 °C via a precision NTC thermistor calibrated 2 500 Ω @ 20 °C, 300 Ω @ 80 °C, 120 Ω @ 110 °C, tolerance ±2 %.

Material & performance features:

Probe body is machined from 1.4571 (AISI 316Ti) stainless steel for complete immunity to glycol, long-life organic-acid coolants and galvanic corrosion; a copper crush-washer and fluorosilicone O-ring ensure metal-to-metal sealing up to 3 bar system pressure.
