Thread geometry is M14 × 1.5 parallel, 19 mm hex and 18 mm probe reach for fast, leak-free installation into the cylinder-head coolant jacket. Sensing range –40 °C to +140 °C using a precision NTC thermistor curve 2 500 Ω @ 20 °C, 300 Ω @ 80 °C, 120 Ω @ 110 °C, tolerance ±2 %. Electrical interface is a two-pin sealed Deutsch DT04-2P connector, IP67 rated, vibration-resistant to 50 g, overall sensor length 50 mm, weight 42 g.

Material & performance features:

Probe body is machined from 1.4571 (AISI 316Ti) stainless steel for complete immunity to glycol, long-life organic-acid coolants and stray galvanic currents; a copper crush-washer and fluorosilicone O-ring provide metal-to-metal sealing up to 3 bar system pressure.
