The GEC4500 IoT Generator Set Controller is engineered for
intelligent automation and monitoring of single diesel generator
sets. It supports automatic start/stop, real-time data acquisition,
full alarm protection, and complete “three-remote”
functionality—telemetry, telecommand, and telesignal.
Equipped with a color LCD graphic interface supporting six
languages (including Chinese, English, Russian, and Spanish), the
controller offers intuitive operation and global usability. Built
on 32-bit microprocessor architecture, it ensures precise parameter
measurement, flexible configuration, and programmable timing and
thresholds. Users can adjust most settings via the front panel,
while full system programming is available through RS485 or USB
using PC software.
The controller integrates with cloud-based monitoring modules via
RS485, enabling continuous internet connectivity. Once connected to
the cloud server, it uploads real-time data, allowing users to
monitor status, review historical logs, and configure parameters
remotely via mobile apps or desktop platforms. Wi-Fi functionality
supports local diagnostics and calibration, with optional remote
technical assistance available.
