Application

WESPC 3861A027 piston oil cooling jet for Perkins 1004-series diesel engines. Commonly used in FG Wilson generator sets, agricultural tractors, and construction machinery. Installed beneath the piston to spray pressurized oil onto the crown underside, effectively dissipating heat and preventing thermal fatigue during high-load operation.

Generator sets

Suitable for Perkins-powered gensets rated 80–150 kVA. Enhances piston longevity and combustion stability by maintaining optimal operating temperatures during continuous duty cycles.
